Cheddar Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 good-sized pieces chicken cutlet
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (Campbell's)
    1 bag (large) shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. mayo
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1 lb. broccoli or asparagus
Preparation
    Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces and saute in oil until the chicken turns white.
    Remove from pan and drain on paper towel.
    Cook broccoli or asparagus.
    In mixing bowl, blend soup, mayo, lemon juice and curry powder.
    In bottom of loaf pan, place broccoli or asparagus on top of vegetables.
    Arrange chicken to cover vegetables and chicken.
    Top with shredded Cheddar cheese. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 35 minutes or until the cheese is completely melted.
