Betty'S Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, cooked according to pkg. directions and drained
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 can water chestnuts, drained
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese, divided
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except 1/2 cup cheese.
Place in 9 x 13-inch casserole.
Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes, until bubbly. Add reserved cheese and return to oven for 5 to 10 more minutes. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
