My Favorite Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1 c. milk
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. onion, grated
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. sage
Preparation

Cut bread into small pieces.
Pour milk over bread; let stand while mixing the rest of the ingredients, mixing very good.
This is very important.
After completely mixing meat mixture, pour bread mixture into meat mixture and mix until you see no more bread.
The mixture will tighten up as you mix.
Put into a loaf pan and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
