Skillet Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 lasagna noodles (about 1/2 of 16 oz. pkg.)
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion
    1 (14 to 15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    1 (15 oz.) container Ricotta cheese
    1 egg
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Using very hot tap water, prepare lasagna noodles as label directs; drain.
