Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 eggs
    1 1/4 c. milk
    12 to 15 crackers
    1/2 medium onion
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    catsup
Preparation
    In large bowl, beat eggs.
    Add meat, milk, onion, parsley, crackers and salt and pepper.
    With hands, mix thoroughly.
    Form into 2 loaves in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Add catsup on top.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
    Drain and serve.
