Chinese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
1 1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. green pepper
1 large onion
1/2 c. regular rice
2 pkg. chicken noodle soup mix
4 c. hot water
1 can chow mein noodles
Preparation

Brown and drain sausage.
Save the grease and in that cook until tender the celery, green pepper and onion.
In large bowl, put rice and soup mix.
Add hot water.
Add celery and meat mixture and chow mein noodles.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes.
