Crunchy Broiled Fish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1/2 c. plain nonfat yogurt
3/4 c. fat-free bread or cracker crumbs
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. minced dried onion
1 1/4 lb. fish fillets
Preparation

Preheat broiler.
In one bowl, mix together mustard, yogurt and Tabasco.
In another bowl, bread or cracker crumbs, dried onions and Italian seasoning.
Dip fillets in yogurt mixture, then crumb mixture.
Place on broiler pan that has been sprayed with nonstick spray.
Broil 5 minutes; turn fish over and broil an additional 3 to 5 minutes or until fish is no longer translucent.
