Rhubarb Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. nuts, chopped
    1 c. oil
    2 1/2 c. rhubarb, diced
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat eggs until light and fluffy; add sugar, oil, vanilla, rhubarb and nuts.
    Sift together dry ingredients and mix with creamed mixture.
    Bake in two loaf pans for 50 minutes at 350\u00b0. Chill 10 minutes and remove from pan.
