Mexican Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 flour tortillas
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 envelope taco seasoning
    2 cans diced tomatoes
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can chilli with beans
    1 lb. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    3 eggs
    16 oz. Ricotta or cottage cheese
Preparation
    Mix eggs and Ricotta.
    Set aside. Brown meats and drain. Add taco seasoning, onions and tomatoes. Cook for 10 minutes. Add chilli. Layer in a 9 x 12 baking dish 1/2 meat mixture, 2 tortillas, Ricotta and egg mixture and 1/2 the shredded cheese. Make two layers. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Let stand a few minutes before cutting. It freezes well.
