Relleno De Pollo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium tomato
    1 (4 oz.) can green chili peppers
    1 c. chopped cooked chicken
    1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Peel and chop tomato.
    Rinse chili peppers; discard seeds. Chop chili peppers.
    Stir together chicken, chopped tomato and chopped chili peppers, vinegar and 1 teaspoon salt.
    Chill mixture until ready to use.
    Makes about 1 3/4 cups.
