Shoe Peg Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can French-style green beans, drained
    1 can Shoe Peg corn, drained
    1 can cream of celery soup
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 chopped onion
    1 stack Ritz crackers
    1/2 stick melted butter
Preparation
    In casserole dish place green beans and corn.
    Mix soup, sour cream, Cheddar cheese, onion and spread over green bean mixture. Crush crackers and sprinkle on top.
    Sprinkle butter on crackers. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
    Serve cold or hot.
    Can be made ahead and refrigerated.
