Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
    1/4 c. chopped onion (white or red, optional)
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    salt and pepper to taste
    4 to 5 large cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine sour cream, onion, lemon juice, vinegar, salt and pepper.
    Add cucumbers and mix them into the sauce.
    Chill for at least 2 hours.
    Then can stay about a week in the refrigerator.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
