Scalloped Salmon - cooking recipe

1 (14 3/4 g) can salmon
1 egg
1 1/3 c. milk
12 saltine crackers, crumbled
butter or oleo for top
Preparation

Mix all together in a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Dot with butter.
Bake in oven at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
