Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. plain flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. oil
    8 oz. can crushed pineapple (undrained)
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 c. chopped bananas
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 c. soft margarine
    1 box powdered sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Add eggs and oil.
    Stir until moistened.
    Do not beat.
    Stir in vanilla, pineapple, nuts and bananas.
    Spoon batter into well-greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until cake tests done. Let cool 30 minutes.
    (May also be baked in three 9-inch pans at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.)
    Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting:
