Russian Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg yolks
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    juice and pulp of 2 oranges
    grated rind of 1 orange
    2 Tbsp. coconut
Preparation
    Mix in a double boiler and cook until mixture thickens.
    Add 2 tablespoons coconut while still hot.
    Let cool and add 1/2 pint whipped cream.
    Serve over slices of angel food cake.
