Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chili
12 soft tortillas
2 Tbsp. grated cheese
2 tsp. chopped onion
Preparation

Heat chili in pan over low heat.
Dip tortillas in hot chili. Place in center of each tortilla grated cheese and chopped onion. Roll each tortilla and place, seam side down, in shallow baking dish.
Cover with remaining chili.
Top with grated cheese.
Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Makes 12.
