Ground Beef And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef, brown and drain
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 c. chopped onions, bell pepper and celery
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Cook onion, bell pepper and celery.
    Stir well and add the 2 cans soup, rinsing each can with 1/4 cup water.
    Place in casserole dish and spread 1 cup uncooked rice on top.
    Add 1 cup water, cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
