Ingredients

1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. cornmeal
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (6 oz.)
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
1/3 c. undiluted beef broth
1 (15 oz.) can black or kidney beans
2 small tomatoes, chopped
salsa, sour cream and guacamole (toppings)
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease (or Pam) a 9-inch spring-form or 10-inch pie pan. Combine Bisquick, cornmeal, 1 cup Cheddar cheese and chilies. Stir in broth.
Pat mixture into bottom of pan. Spoon beans over tart to within 1/2-inch of edge. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 35 minutes. Cool.
Remove spring-form pan and arrange tomatoes. Serve with toppings.
