Sour Cream Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    2 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. sour cream
    2 (12 oz.) cans whole corn, drained
    1 Tbsp. parsley (optional)
Preparation
    Cook onion and green pepper in oleo.
    Add flour and salt then sour cream and bring to a boil.
    Heat corn and mix all ingredients together.
    May be garnished with cooked bacon crumbled on top.
