Dilled Garden Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    2 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar
    1 to 2 Tbsp. skim milk
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped green onions
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1/2 tsp. dried whole dill weed
    dash of freshly ground pepper
    pimiento strip (optional)
    fresh parsley sprig (optional)
Preparation
    Combine cottage cheese and vinegar in container of an electric blender; process until smooth.
    Combine cottage cheese mixture, milk, green onions, 1 tablespoon chopped parsley, dill weed and pepper in a medium mixing bowl.
    Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
