Jalapeno Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 6 jalapeno peppers
    1 c. lemon juice
    5 c. sugar
    1 bottle fruit pectin
Preparation
    Grind or finely chop peppers.
    Combine peppers, lemon juice and sugar.
    Boil 10 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Add pectin. Return to high heat and boil for 1 minute.
    Remove and place in sterilized jars.
    Place in boiling water for 5 minutes.
