Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 3 1/2 lb. chicken
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of ground ginger
    3 stalks celery, diced
    1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. water
    1 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. red vinegar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 red pepper, sliced lengthwise in thin strips
Preparation
    Place chicken in lightly oiled baking pan.
    Sprinkle with salt and ginger.
    Top with diced celery.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until lightly browned (about 20 minutes).
    Drain pineapple juice into cup.
    Blend in brown sugar, water, soy sauce, vinegar and cornstarch (or use ready made sweet and sour sauce from store).
    Pour mixture over chicken.
    Continue baking for about 45 minutes, or until chicken is done.
    Ten to 15 minutes before chicken is cooked, top with pineapple chunks and red pepper.
