Baked Acorn Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 acorn squash
    grated nutmeg or ground ginger
    salt
    freshly ground black pepper
    3 tsp. brown sugar
    6 tsp. butter
    6 tsp. sweet sherry
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Split squash into halves and scoop out the fibers and seeds.
    Sprinkle the cavity of each half with remaining nutmeg, salt, pepper, brown sugar and a teaspoon of butter.
    Bake 30 to 45 minutes or until flesh is tender.
    Five minutes before serving, add a teaspoon of sherry to each cavity. Serves 6.
