Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. coriander seed
    4 large tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    1 can chopped green chilies (3 to 4 oz.)
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    fresh cilantro
Preparation
    Crush coriander seed and soak in 1 tablespoon of water; set aside.
