Morning Glory Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. grated carrots
1 apple, peeled and grated
3 eggs
1 c. salad oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. raisins
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients and then add all other ingredients in order.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Makes 12 good size muffins.
