Layer Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    6 medium potatoes, sliced
    4 medium carrots, sliced
    2 medium onions, sliced
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Place alternate layers of carrots, potatoes and onions in a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Press ground beef on top. Dilute soup with 1/2 cup of water.
    Pour slowly over meat and vegetables.
    Bake, covered, in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
