Double Cheese Double Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 med. baking potatoes
    1/2 c. shredded cheese
    1/2 c. cream cheese with chives and onions
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1- 2 Tbsp. milk
    2 Tbsp. fresh chives
    2 Tbsp. fresh green onions, chopped
Preparation
    Brush potatoes with vegetable oil. Bake in 425 degree oven until done. Cool slightly. Cut lengthwise from top. Scoop pulp into bowl. Mash. Add all other ingredients. Return to potato skins. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
