Green Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. uncooked rice or 4 c. Minute rice
    1/2 to 1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. bell pepper, chopped
    1 small can green chilies
    1 c. chopped parsley
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. oil
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cook rice. While rice is still hot, add the cheese. Mix well. Add the bell pepper, chilies, parsley, garlic and onion.
    Fold in the milk, oil, salt and pepper. Put in lightly oiled casserole and bake for 1 hour.
