Coleslaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. grated or finely chopped cabbage
    1/2 c. green pepper
    minced onion as desired
    1 c. grated carrots
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir until the sugar dissolves.
    Stir in cabbage.
    You can add raisins if you want. Good served with fried catfish.
