Wacky Cacky Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. oil
1 1/2 c. cold water

Preparation

Mix flour, sugar, cocoa and baking soda.
Make three holes in dry ingredients and pour in vinegar, vanilla and oil.
Pour water over entire mixture and mix until smooth.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
