Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken, cut up
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    3 to 4 c. flour
Preparation
    Wash chicken.
    Roll chicken in flour, salt and pepper mixture. Dip in water.
    Roll in flour mixture a second time.
    This makes chicken crispier.
    Drop in deep fryer in hot oil.
    Fry until chicken comes to top or until golden brown and done.
