Cheese-Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1/2 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Drain pineapple.
    Reserve 3 tablespoons juice.
    Mix flour, sugar and cheese.
    Gradually add juice and pineapple.
    Pour into greased 1-quart dish.
    Mix crackers and butter.
    Cover mixture with cracker mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
