Pistachio Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. Jell-O instant pistachio pudding
    1 large container Cool Whip
    1 (16 oz.) can pineapple in juice
Preparation
    Combine and blend all ingredients.
    Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours to set.
    Serve with grated almonds/nuts on top in large bowl.
    Serves 4.
