Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
3 c. grated carrots
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients in large bowl.
Add eggs and oil.
Mix until blended.
Add carrots.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes. Cool and frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
