Mock Empanadas Emilia - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    pinch of ground red pepper
    1 c. (4 oz.) grated Cheddar cheese
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Combine first 3 ingredients in 10-inch skillet and cook over medium-high heat until browned.
    Drain off any excess fat.
    Add cheese and stir until melted, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
