Tomato Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. chopped fresh tomatoes
    1/2 c. chopped jalapenos
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    3/4 tsp. red pepper
    1 small can tomato paste
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 1/4 c. white vinegar
    1/4 c. fresh garlic, chopped
Preparation
    Combine all
    ingredients.
    Bring
    to
    boil, then reduce heat to\tsimmer.
    Stir
    frequently until sauce thickens.
    Pour into sterilized jars
    and seal.\t(Adjust jalapenos to taste if you like sauce very hot.)
