Mother'S Ground Beef Special - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. shell macaroni
    1/4 lb. butter
    2 lb. ground chuck
    3 medium onions
    1 green pepper, minced
    3 cloves garlic
    4 (8 oz. each) cans tomato sauce
    1 can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/2 c. cooking sherry
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook macaroni.
    Meanwhile, melt butter; brown meat, onions, pepper and garlic.
    Place in a 3-quart casserole dish.
    Stir in tomato sauce, then add remaining ingredients.
    Stir well. Refrigerate overnight to mellow.
    Take out 2 hours before baking. Preheat oven to 250\u00b0.
    Bake, covered, for 2 hours or until bubbling.
