Texas Caviar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can hominy
    2 cans black eyed peas
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    2 tomatoes, diced
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. parsley, chopped
    8 oz. Italian salad dressing
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, cover and chill well, at least 2 hours.
    Serve with tortilla chips.
