Hawaiian Fruit Salad(Makes 8 Servings) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pineapple
1 medium cantaloupe
1 medium honeydew melon
1 papaya, pared and sliced
1 mango, pared and sliced
2 kiwi fruit, pared and sliced
1 c. strawberries, cut in half lengthwise
1 c. green grapes
leaf lettuce
Preparation

Remove top from pineapple.
Cut pineapple lengthwise in fourths; cut peel and \"eyes\" from pineapple.
Remove core.
Cut pineapple into 2 x 1-inch pieces.
Cut balls from cantaloupe and honeydew.
Arrange fruit on lettuce leaves.
Serve with Banana Dressing.
