Ingredients

1 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. peanut butter
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 3/4 c. hot water
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and salt.
Stir in until mixture is smooth the milk, peanut butter, vegetable oil and vanilla.
Spoon mixture into 9 x 9 x 2-inch square pan.
Spread evenly to edges of pan.
Stir together in small bowl until well blended the brown sugar and cocoa.
Sprinkle brown sugar-cocoa mixture over batter.
Pour hot water over brown sugar mixture but do not stir.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Best when served warm.
