Crock-Pot Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    4 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 large onion, diced
    1 medium size green bell pepper, diced
    2 c. whole fresh mushrooms
    1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley
    2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    2 (28 oz. each) cans whole tomatoes (undrained)
    1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
    1/2 c. dry red wine
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Break up the beef in a large crock-pot, then add the remaining ingredients.
    Stir to blend well, then cover and cook on the high setting for 6 to 8 hours or the low heat setting for 10 to 12 hours.
    For a thicker sauce, remove the cover for the final 1 to 2 hours or cooking.
    Yield: About 10 cups (10 to 12 servings).
