Black Forest Parfaits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. cream cheese, softened
    2 c. cold milk
    1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
    1 can (21 oz.) cherry pie filling
    1/2 c chocolate wafer crumbs
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese with mixer, add 1/2 c. milk at low speed till smooth.
    Add pudding mix and rest of milk.
    Beat till smooth, 1 to 2 minutes.
    Spoon 1/2 of the pudding evenly into individual dishes, sprinkle with wafer crumbs.
    Cover with pie filling reserving a few cherries for garnish, if desired.
    Top with remaining pudding.
    Chill till ready to serve.
    Garnish with reserved cherries and additional wafer crumbs.
    4 - 6 servings.
