Corn And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans creamed corn
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 small bell pepper, chopped
    1 stick butter
    1 small jar pimentos
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onion and pepper in butter until tender.
    Add other ingredients, except rice.
    Put rice in bottom of casserole; pour other ingredients over it.
    Mix well and top with grated cheese. Cook at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes, until cheese is melted and browned.
