Brown Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. raw rice
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 soup can water
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. beef consomme
    slivered almonds (optional)
Preparation
    Brown rice and onions in butter, stirring constantly.
    Combine all ingredients and pour into greased casserole dish.
    Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Yield: 4 to 5 servings.
