Eddie'S Jam Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    2 c. sugar
    3 egg yolks
    2 eggs
    1 c. blackberry jam
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. seedless raisins
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cloves
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Beat eggs and yolks together.
    Stir into creamed mixture.
    Add jam, sift soda, flour and spices.
    Add alternately with buttermilk.
    Add raisins. Pour in wax paper lined greased and floured cake pans.
    Bake 1 hour.
