Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. corn meal
    1 can cream-style corn
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    1 small bell pepper, diced
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 c. oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. sugar
    3 small diced jalapeno peppers
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients in bowl. Add milk, oil, eggs, corn, onion and peppers. Mix well. Stir in cheese. Bake in greased pan at 425\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes, until well browned and top of bread is dry.
