Shrimp Manale - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. large shrimp, peeled and deveined
    1 c. margarine
    1/2 c. olive oil
    8 cloves garlic, crushed
    4 bay leaves
    4 tsp. fine herbs
    3 to 4 oz. Louisiana hot sauce
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    juice of 2 large lemons
Preparation
    Melt margarine in heavy saucepan.
    Add oil and stir thoroughly.
    Add all other ingredients except shrimp.
    Heat thoroughly, then set aside, covered, until mealtime.
    When ready to cook, bring sauce to a boil, lower heat, add shrimp and simmer 6 to 8 minutes.
    Serve in shallow bowls or soup plates with a little juice with each serving.
    Serves 6 to 8.
    Serve with lots of French bread for \"soppin\" and red or white wine.
