Linda'S Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

roast (rump or chuck)
liquid smoke
garlic (minced or garlic salt)
celery salt
Preparation
-
Place roast on a large sheet of heavy-duty foil.
Cup it around the roast.
Then season with celery salt and garlic and pour the entire bottle of liquid smoke over the meat.
Put an additional piece of foil on top and seal the 2 pieces together on all sides.
