Shrimp Provencale - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. white wine
    1 to 2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    shot of Tabasco
    1 lb. shelled shrimp
    2 medium peeled, chopped tomatoes
    1/4 lb. fresh snow peas
    3 spears green onions, chopped
    1/2 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
Preparation
    Melt the butter; combine it with the next 5 ingredients.
    Add the shrimp, tomatoes, mushrooms, snow peas and green onions.
    Cook on high, stirring, until the shrimp are pink.
    Serve over rice.
