Mushrooms With Long Grain And Wild Rice(This Is Rich But Delicious) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. Uncle Ben's long grain and wild rice
    1 large can mushrooms (not whole mushrooms)
    1 stick butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 pt. half and half (you will use 3/4 of this pt.)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook rice according to directions.
    Make white sauce with butter, flour, milk, salt and pepper.
    Drain mushrooms; save the juice.
    Add mushrooms to the sauce, then add to the rice.
    (If too thick, add a small amount of the juice from the mushrooms.)
    Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
